Measuring machines<\/h1>\n

BKB Precision attaches great importance to quality. To guarantee this quality, we carry out various quality checks in our measuring room during the production process.<\/p>\n

This means, among other things, that we subject every first product of a (new) series or a new product to be made to an intensive check before final production is started.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Measurement checks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To carry out checks properly, we have a measuring room with\u00a0four CMM measuring machines\u00a0and\u00a0various measuring instruments. Products pass through the measuring room a number of times during the production process to make sure they are meeting product specifications. In addition, we always carry out final checks. Our measurement specialists are skilled, experienced and will make sure that the checks to be carried out are matched with customer requirements. In addition, we can provide measurement reports and certificates on request.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

High QA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We also work with the High QA software package\u00a0Inspection Manager<\/a>. This is an\u00a0innovative quality management system\u00a0that enables us to largely automate internal production and quality processes. We can use it to do such things as read into 2D drawings and draw up\u00a0\u2018ballooned drawings\u2019\u00a0which we can then use to generate measurement lists, including tolerances to be inspected. Once we have the results, we can analyse, monitor and share them with customers and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our measuring machines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We make the distinction between 3D tactile measuring<\/strong> and optical measuring<\/strong>, although both techniques are extremely accurate. We have one multi-sensor measuring machine which we can use to do both tactile and optical measurements and three 3D measuring machines that do tactile measurements alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
