Sinds het voorjaar van 2017 is het machinepark<\/a> van BKB Precision uitgebreid met een nieuwe CNC draai-frees-combinatie: de Okuma Multus B200II. Deze multi-tasking machine kan complexe kunststofbewerkingen uitvoeren tot op 3\u00b5m nauwkeurig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High pressure koeling en multi-tool<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De stabiele constructie van de Okuma Multus B200II verzekert hoge precisie, zelfs bij de meest complexe toepassingen en bij verschillende temperaturen. Het speciaal aangelegde fundament onder de machine voorkomt trillingen tijdens het bewerken, wat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct verbetert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verder maakt de Okuma Multus B200II gebruik van high pressure koeling waarmee diepgatboren mogelijk is; een bewerking om gaten te boren die dieper zijn dan 10x de eigen diameter. Met de multi-tool kunnen tot 4 gereedschappen automatisch gewisseld en gebruikt worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Door de uitgebreide bewerkingsmogelijkheden kan er een meer effectieve productie van onderdelen plaatsvinden welke de kwaliteit van het product ten goede komt. De Okuma Multus B200II is voorzien van zes programmeerbare assen waardoor er 5-assig simultaan<\/a> bewerkt kan worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
